A stout that features a different coffee for every batch, an ever changing beer that brings us on a journey exploring the numerous and amazing micro-roasters that can be found arou nd Copenhagen.This time around we have collaborated with the fantastic Just Coffee. Just Coffee don't just roast great coffee, they share many vales with us and also import their coffee form cooperatives. We have used their Ethiopian Natural. Coffee from the Taramesa cooperative, Sidama region in Ethiopia. The designation "Natural" means that the coffee is harvested and then dried with its fruit on. The coffee has a fruity note of red berries with a soft and silky sweetness. It is a bold stout where a mix of 4 different dark malts and a pinch of smoked malt deliver a very complex yet easily approachable beer. A high residual sugar content ensures the balance of sweetness-bitterness-roastiness and the use of flaked oats delivers an extremely smooth drinking experience. 44cl, 6.2% ABVindeholder gluten Show more
