Arlen Ness Method Black Inverted Fork Legs are billet lower legs for '14-'22 baggers that accept oversized rotors up to 14 inches. Rotor capacity is what separates these from a straight cosmetic upgrade. The caliper mounts are cut for factory 11.8" discs but will take up to 14", so a front end built on these legs has somewhere to go if braking becomes the next project. The integrated No Flex brace handles the other half of the equation, adding rigidity where a bagger front end gives up under load. How the Black Method Fork Legs Are Built Each leg is CNC machined from aircraft quality billet aluminum in a black finish, with CNC machined fender mounts and brake caliper mounts and billet 12-point axle nuts. The dual disc setup takes either factory axial or radial style calipers. Radial mounts use a 100 mm bolt pattern, with optional 108 mm brackets available separately. The legs accept both factory and aftermarket performance suspension internals, so the damping choice stays open. Fork seals and billet dust seal covers are included. Black Method Fork Leg Specifications Fits '14-'22 FLHT, FLHR, FLHX, FLTRX, FLTRU and FLTRK CNC machined aircraft quality billet aluminum, black finish Integrated No Flex fork brace Caliper mounts for factory 11.8" rotors, accept up to 14" oversized rotors Options: factory axial caliper, or radial mount with 100 mm bolt pattern Optional 108 mm radial brackets available separately Accepts factory and aftermarket suspension internals CNC machined fender and caliper mounts, billet 12-point axle nuts Includes fork seals and billet dust seal covers Wheel and Fender Compatibility Designed for 18" to 19" front wheels. 21" wheels require custom fork brace spacers and Arlen Ness or other custom front fenders. 18" fat front wheels require an Arlen Ness front fender and will not accept factory fork boots. Factory and aftermarket fenders fit with 19" wheels. ⚠️ VERIFY your wheel size, rotor diameter and caliper type before ordering. A chrome version of these legs is also available.
