Method Sweet Vermouth is produced in the style of traditional Italian vermouths from Torino. Formulated by NYC bartenders using NY State wine and spirits to be a staple behind the bar, this vermouth is ideal for use in familiar cocktails or enjoyed on the rocks with a splash of soda and a twist.Tasting notesTraditional methods and twenty-nine botanicals are employed to create a recipe where flavors and aromas of caramelized citrus, woody and warm spices, savory herbs, and delicate florals are layered over a lush wine base punctuated by bitter wormwood for a pleasantly long and full finish.
