Origin Story We have been sourcing organic coffee from members of Mexican cooperative CEPCO since 2002. Historically, that has meant sourcing the elegant Bourbon and Typica cultiva rs they grow in the shade of multi-story forest canopies across the rugged mountains of Oaxaca. When the coop raised Geisha seedlings and distributed them to members six years ago, we began working with them on plans to separate their Geisha production from the other varieties they grow. This lot represents the culmination of those efforts, our first smallholder Geisha lot from members of the CEPCO cooperative, but almost certainly not our last. Show more
