Using MG Duff backing pads in conjunction with sacrificial Anodes is a wise choice for ensuring the longevity and effectiveness of the cathodic protection system. These pads not on ly extend the life of the Anodes but also help maintain the structural integrity of the vessel or structure being protected. Proper maintenance and monitoring of the Anodes and backing pads are essential to ensure continued protection against corrosion. A backing pad acts as a barrier, helping to shield the hull from the effects of this alkalinity, thereby preserving the hull's integrity. Backing sheet for ZD77 Show more
