The City of Halisburgh is a follow-up to the City of Livry and the two Castles & Keep modules covering the second most powerful city within the Kingdom of Anæland and the heart of political power for the Southern Lords in their struggle with the increasingly autocratic Royal Court in Livry. While written as part of the setting for Mhâr Fantasy RPG, Halisburgh is a stand-alone book and can be adapted by the Game Master for his own fantasy setting or RPG rule system.
