CONTI THUN’s “MICAELA Rosé” is a gentle, fresh, light, harmonious and fruity rosé made from a a blend of indigenous grapes: Groppello, Barbera, Sangiovese and Marzemino.After harvest, the vinification and ageing take place in stainless steel tanks and is processed using the soft-pressing method, a few hours of contact between must and skins. Subsequent racking by the expert hand of the oenologist produces freshness, temperament and the unique colour that distinguishes its character. In appearance, this gorgeous rosé attracts the eye with a bright colour of rose petals. On the nose, it stands out with its crispy peach bouquet, hints of strawberry, blueberry and elegant raspberry nuances. Citrusy touches and a light almond note emerge on the finish, which persists elegantly.The palate delivers beautifully with the bouuqet, with lively freshness, savouriness, a balanced structure and intensity. Food pairing: pairs beautifully charcuterie, white meat and lake fish starters, simple and fresh fish-based first courses, pizza.
