There's no way around it - this carrier must be used with Miche Pista splined track cogs. To install, place a Miche splined cog onto the carrier, grease the threads and use a chain whip as you would with any other cog, then install your lockring. Once the carrier is securely installed on your hub, you'll only need a lockring tool to swap cogs. ⓘ All track hubs have 1.37"x24tpi cog threading. This can be used on any threaded track hub.
