Overview Micro-area X-ray Diffraction (Micro-XRD) is a specialized technique that enables the analysis of crystal structures in very small, localized areas of a sample, often on the micrometer scale. By focusing the X-ray beam onto a specific micro-region, Micro-XRD provides detailed information on phase composition, crystal orientation, strain, and texture within tiny sample areas. This method is especially useful for heterogeneous materials, thin films, and small samples where spatial resolution is critical. Note: Currently, only copper target testing is available. Testing area: greater than or equal to 0.5 mm. Sample requirements: Please mark the area to be tested with an oil-based marker. Sample size requirements: For bulk/film samples, length and width should be 10-20 mm (generally not less than 10 mm) and thickness between 1-20 mm; for powder samples, at least 1000 mg is required. * The price on our website is for reference only. * Note: Data analysis service is not included in the list prices.
