You can taste four of our different microgre ens in one delicious blend, perfectly balanced in flavor and texture. Our Micro Forest contains Chinese Cabbage, Sunflower Shoots, Pea Shoots and Micro Radish, the latter giving it a slight kick. Why should you eat microgreens? They are incredibly nutritionally dense (imagine getting the same amount of nutrients and vitamins of the whole plant inside one tiny micro!), and extremely versatile, as there's hardly anything you can't add micros to.
