This is the paper version, which is easy to cut, but there is also a Plastic Version available here. We do Whoop Streamer Combat at lots of events, but here's our adventures at the first official West Coast Tiny Whoop Championships:These are throw streamer packs, available for cheaper on amazon or party stores. They're really fun for parties or celebrations (podium ceremonies?) but if you open the paper and take the streamers out they are perfect for playing Tiny Whoop streamer games! I think they're even better than the Crepe Paper Streamers! They're longer, thinner, lighter, and cheaper!
