The Top Pull Quick Release Medical Pouch made with laminate cordura fabrics laser cut pals on bottom for Tourniquet's or other items. Measure 7" X 4.5" perfect for mounting on your belt. Just pull the lid up and the interior pouch will separate from the base for quick access to your medical items. Pulls up so you need to worry about snagging on a door knob or any other item. When mounting on the belt the top pull is prefered so you mount other items close but not worrying about you pull tabs being hard to access.
