Cool, weightless hydration you can reach for all day. Microbiome Hydration Mist™ is part of Foundation Ritual — a mist built on Italian Immortelle hydrosol and a fermented postbiotic. Designed to be used often: after cleansing, between serum layers, before makeup, or any time skin feels tight, warm, or reactive. Available in a 100ml bottle for the counter and a 60ml petite for your bag. Formulated by Rachel, Licensed Advanced Pharmacy Technician (CPhT-Adv) and Certified Skincare Coach — barrier-conscious daily hydration, fragrance-free. Key Actives Helichrysum Italicum Flower Water (Italian Immortelle) — the largest portion of the formula. A premium floral hydrosol with well-documented calming and skin-renewing properties, delivering cool, weightless hydration on contact. Lactobacillus Ferment (Postbiotic) — a fermented postbiotic that works with your skin's own microbiome to support barrier balance and help calm reactive skin. Oryza Sativa Ferment Filtrate (Rice Ferment) — a traditional fermented active that supports clarity, brightness, and a more even tone with consistent use. Mel (Honey) — a natural humectant with antimicrobial properties that pulls moisture into the skin while supporting a balanced microbiome. Witch Hazel and Cucumber Waters — tone and balance without the drying alcohol most witch hazel products carry. Who It's For All skin types — especially sensitive, reactive, or barrier-recovering skin. Particularly suited to skin that gets tight or dull by midday, or reacts to environmental stress. A flexible step that pairs naturally with the rest of your Foundation Ritual routine — or any routine that needs a calming hydration boost. What to Expect Immediate cooling hydration on the first mist. Calmer, more balanced skin with consistent daily use over two to three weeks. This is a comfort and hydration step rather than a treatment — it works by being easy to reach for often. How to Use Shake gently before use. Hold six to eight inches from the face and mist evenly over skin. Allow to absorb, or press in gently with clean palms. Follow with your serum and moisturizer. Use morning and evening, or as a midday refresh over makeup. The 100ml if this is going to live on your counter — it is the better value per ml and it is the one you will reach for morning and night. The 60ml petite if you want it in a bag, a desk drawer, or a carry-on. Plenty of people keep both, because a mist you have with you gets used far more than a bottle sitting at home. Is this product vegan? No. It contains Mel (Honey), used as a humectant and for its natural antimicrobial properties. It is cruelty-free and never tested on animals, but it is not vegan. Is this a toner or a mist? Both, functionally. It contains witch hazel and cucumber waters that tone and balance, but it is formulated to be misted rather than wiped, and it has none of the drying alcohol that makes traditional toners harsh. Can I use it over makeup? Yes. Hold it further back, six to eight inches, and let it settle rather than pressing it in. Why do I need to shake it? It is a blend of hydrosols and ferments with no synthetic emulsifier holding them together. A gentle shake redistributes them. Separation is normal and not a fault. What's the shelf life? Unopened, 12 months from production. Once opened, use within 6 months for best quality. LOT and production date are printed on each bottle.
