A Madagascan species that produces a spray of flowers on an elongate stem. This leafless orchid is similar to our species from Chiloschista in that it produces no leaves and comple tes the photosynthesis process via the root system. While the species is quite unnassuming when not in bloom, the flowers are unmistakeable, producing beatiful yet tiny flowers. Microcoelia cornuta belongs to tribe vandae and as such appreciates indirect bright light and temps above 60F. Show more
