MicroCure DTO 30 is a hydrophobic and oleophobic coating formulated for glass and metal. MicroCure has excellent resistance to solvents and abrasion. MicroCure can be applied by si mple wipe-on methods. When well-cured, contact angles to water greater than 95° and roll-off angles of less than 5° can be achieved. MicroCure is omniphobic. MicroCure forms a hard shell around devices that prevents water, water-vapor, and pollutant ingress, preventing corrosion. Size: 125 ml Application method: Wipe, brush, spray, or dip. To brush-on or wipe-on a thin layer, 10 drops of MicroCure can be applied to the end of a brush and applied onto the substrate in a crosshatch pattern. Each bottle comes with an orifice reducer installed for easy dispensing and application of Microcure to the brush or applicator. If this technique is used, about 100 square feet of surface area can be coated with 125 ml of MicroCure.
