Remove the protective seal from a new pen needle and attach it securely to the compatible injection pen according to the pen manufacturer's instructions. Prepare the pen and perform a flow check where required. Select the prescribed dose and administer the injection using the technique recommended by your doctor, diabetes nurse, pharmacist or other healthcare professional. Remove the needle immediately after use and dispose of it safely in an approved sharps container. Important information: For single use only. Never reuse or share pen needles. Always use the needle length and injection technique recommended by your healthcare professional. Check that the needle is compatible with your particular injection pen before use. Do not use if the protective seal or packaging is damaged or if the needle appears bent or damaged. Do not store an injection pen with the needle attached, as this can increase the risk of medication leakage, contamination or inaccurate dosing.
