You can pick by the leaf or shear off a big bunch close to the ground. Plants will re-grow and can be cut repeatedly. This colourful gourmet leaf mix may include Basil, Spinach, Mizuna, Parsley, Radish, Beet and Cornsalad. How to grow Sow all year except during the hot period. These seeds will not germinate over 30°C. The preferred germination temperature is 10-25°C. Scatter the seeds thinly or sprinkle seeds in tight rows 20cm apart; cover with 5-8mm of soil. Water well, keep damp until the seeds sprout. Harvest when leaves 5-10cm in length. Use scissors to snip leaves just above the crown. Enjoy your home-grown healthy salad greens.
