Our mixed salad is a great introduction to microgreens. It's super fresh and tasty and will last for at least a week in the fridge, just make sure you wash before you eat. Eat on t heir own, mix into other salads or even stir-fry, they are a really flexible addition to your meals. The salad comes in a plastic tub, which can be reused and recycled. Contains pea shoots, sunflower shoots, radish, kale, kohl rabi and broccoli. Grown in the same environment as mustards, so not suitable for someone with a mustard allergy.
