Flatness: All of our beds are manually inspected before dispatch to ensure that they conform to a flatness tolerance of ≤0.1mm between highest and lowest point on the top surface. Preparation: Before applying the magnetic sheet to the graphite build plate or silicone heater to the bottom side, we recommend to wipe clean with isopropyl alcohol (IPA). This will ensure all dirt, dust and debris is removed and the surface is clean prior to application. This will also facilitate a better bond for the adhesive especially on the silicone heater pad.
