The Micron/TinyT 185 magbed is machined out of 6.35mm thick 5083 Aluminum Cast Tooling plate and is 185mm^2. We've used the specified hole layout available on the github which is sized to use the Bambu A1 Mini flexplates with location holes for alignment. This bed was originally designed for the Micron, but has had holes added to allow mounting for the TinyT as well! In addition, with a center hole, you could likely use our Kinematic kit on the Micron or TinyT as well. Thanks goes to @Talinseven for the mods to make this work. This is a top magnet designed bed and has incredible holding power with it's N48SH neodynium magnets good up to 150C are attached to the bed with countersunk screws . The magnets are recessed slightly below the surface of the bed. They have a pulling force of 11 lbs. Comes with 150C magnets standard, flatness tolerance of 0.2mm or flatter.We have added the option of getting this bed with No Magnets, 5 magnets, or 9 magnets depending on your needs. Please Note: We make the Micron beds when the order arrives, so there is a 3-5 day lead time on these beds before we can ship. Flex Plate Choices: Our magbeds are a top magnet design bed, meaning that the magnets are slightly below the surface of the magbed. We are happy to be able to provide some flexplates, with, or without a print surface, called the FireThorns. Thinner sheets may dimple slightly under the magnet. A lot of China build plates are not up to the challenge. IMPORTANT NOTE: If at any point you decide to remove the magnets, first of all, when reinstalling the screws, turn the screw backwards until you feel the threads in the screw jump the threads in the bed. Once you feel that little bump, turn the screw in until it gets to the "screw stops turning point" with zero strength behind it. Once the screw has stopped turning, tighten it 1/32nd of a turn and NO MORE. Overtightening WILL shatter the magnets.
