There's pairs of 10mm, 8mm and 6mm edges so these combined with a standard hangboard will give you the whole gammer of climbing hold possibilities. Firstly these will teach you the technique to hold onto "credit card" crimpers and then also they will train your finger strength to excel at them. As all climbers will know - crimpers, and in particular training on crimpers, is what can really wreck the skin fast. That's why Beastmaker have spent countless hours perfecting the Micro Edge shape so that you get maximum training benefit from them with minimal pain.
