The MidOpt SP510-67 blue shortpass filter passes blue light while blocking the green and red portions of the spectrum. They are useful for improving contrast and resolution and for separating colors in black-and-white or color applications, such as distinguishing gold or duller metallic finishes from silver or brighter metallic finishes.
