With their fifth studio album, Stages, released via Blue Highway Records, GRAMMY-nominated traditional country revivalists Midland deliver a collection shaped by vivid storytelling and the miles travelled throughout their career. Rooted in Southwestern influence, Stages reinforces the signature sound that helped establish the band as pioneers of country music’s modern neo-traditional movement, proving this has never been just a passing “stage” for the group. Across ten tracks, the album captures Midland as a fully realised band, reflecting on the experiences, growth and hard-earned perspective gathered between countless stops on the road around the world. For Midland, every road ultimately leads back to the stage, and this chapter may well be their biggest and brightest yet. Show more
