Famous for his moonshine, Junior has finally been able to age some of his juice in an oak cask. This is a blend of bourbon and light whiskey aged for a minimum of 6 months. On the nose, bourbon notes lead the way with a dose of grain in the back alongside spice and nuts. On the taste, caramel and vanilla jump forward with spice and grain just behind.
