Maximize Accuracy for Youth & Smaller Garments with the Mighty Hoop Medium HoopMaster Station Optimize your embroidery workflow for children’s and youth apparel with the Mighty Hoop Medium HoopMaster Station. Designed by Midwest Products (makers of Mighty Hoop and HoopMaster), this station is 3 inches narrower than the Standard Station, making it ideal for youth sizes down to about 4T and up to adult extra-small garments. It provides a stable, precision platform for accurate left, right, and center placement when paired with matching Mighty Hoop fixtures. Why Choose the Mighty Hoop Medium HoopMaster Station? While the Standard Station handles most adult work, shops that regularly embroider youth, children’s, or smaller adult garments benefit from a dedicated narrower station. The Medium Station allows fixtures to sit correctly and garments to be positioned more accurately without excess fabric bunching. Combined with size-specific fixtures or the Medium Adjustable Fixture, it delivers the same fast, repeatable results that the Standard Station provides for adult apparel. Key Features and Specifications Medium/Youth Size: Approximately 13 inches wide (12 7/8” at the top and 13” at the bottom) and 23 5/8” long. Ideal Garment Range: Youth sizes down to about 4T through adult extra-small shirts and similar apparel. 3 Inches Narrower Than Standard: Better fit and control for smaller garments compared to the full-size Standard Station. Precision Placement Platform: Stable base for smaller Mighty Hoop fixtures (such as 5.5") and the Medium Station Adjustable Fixture. Compatible with Most Smaller Fixtures: Works well with fixtures designed for 9cm to 21cm range and some smaller jacket-back sizes. Requires Matching Adjustable Fixture: The Standard Station Adjustable Fixture will not fit — a dedicated Medium Adjustable Fixture is required for center designs. Durable Commercial Construction: Built to the same high standards as all HoopMaster Stations. Benefits for Your Embroidery Business The Mighty Hoop Medium HoopMaster Station reduces setup time and improves placement accuracy on youth and smaller garments. Consistent positioning leads to fewer mistakes, better-looking finished products, and higher productivity when handling children’s, youth, or smaller adult orders. It is an excellent companion station for shops that offer personalized youth apparel, school spirit wear, or family embroidery packages. Important Notes Fixtures (including the Medium Adjustable Fixture) are sold separately. Best used with appropriate smaller Mighty Hoops and matching fixtures. Compatible with BAi embroidery machines when used with corresponding Mighty Hoops and fixtures. Not a replacement for the Standard Station — it is a specialized option for youth and smaller garments.
