This is also the case for Endless Edition Tower I: he refers to Constantin Brâncuși’s sculpture Endless Column, which is composed of a seemingly unending series of identical links. Till takes up this principle and prints seven iconographic column motifs by famous artists on ten coffee cups. By subsequently stacking them on top of each other, he creates a cup column that unites a wide variety of styles and artists, from Richard Serra and Carl André to Tony Cragg and Louise Bourgeois to Brâncuși himself. Milen Till greift für seine künstlerische Praxis häufig auf Versatzstücke der Kunstgeschichte zurück und interpretiert sie auf spielerische Weise um. So auch für den „Endless Edition Tower II“: Er bezieht sich auf Constantin Brâncușis Skulptur „Endless Column“, die sich aus einer stetig fortführbaren Reihe gleicher Glieder zusammensetzt. Till greift das Prinzip auf und druckt sieben ikonographische Säulenmotive berühmter Künstler auf zehn Kaffeetassen. Indem er sie anschließend übereinander stapelt, entsteht eine Tassensäule, die verschiedenste Stile und Künstler vereint, von Richard Serra und Carl André über Tony Cragg und Luise Bourgeois bis Brâncuși selbst.
