Milk Kefir grains make the delicious fermented yoghurt drink Milk Kefir.The grains can be used to ferment any type of animal milk including goats or cows and can even be used to ma ke fermented double cream and kefir cheese!We sell milk kefir grains in 5g bags which makes approximately 250ml of milk kefir. These grains will grow quite quickly so you can make larger batches using the ratio above, compost or pass to friends.These grains are LIVE so will need to be put in to a jar with fresh milk on arrival.
