They all work equally well, only difference among them is their length. 0305 is the cheapest of the bunch. It's the longest and thus the easiest to solder. Some rare boards may have trouble with their long height, but by and large these should be perfectly fine for your board. 7305 is the shortest among them. Some people find them hard to solder. Costs significantly more than 0305 but still cheaper than 3305 3305 stocked at Mech.land has a length is exactly in between 0305 and 7305.
