SENSORY EVALUATION: A beautifully hued wine with jammy blackberries and plum on the nose. Its mouthfeel is medium-weight and soft revealing more intense flavors of black raspberry and gooseberry. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Roast pork loin, beef kabobs, grilled rustic pizza.
