The Mille chaise longue sums up the capsule’s concepts of flexibility, comfort and modernity, embodying the idea behind the collection. The proportion between the day bed’s full an d empty volumes is balanced out by the use of materials that yield different results in terms of expression. The long series of slender legs accentuates the effect of movement, which seems to be never ending. The object’s restraint is instead defined by the graphic combination of the fabric used for the seat and the metal of its base. Steel frame varnished Night Sun, cover in fabric or leather. Show more
