That's where the 8928-Z7/18INBK 18'' D-ring extension from Miller by Honeywell finds its niche. This 1-3/4" high-quality webbing allows for an 18" lanyard extension. It is also designed to pair with any of Miller's comfortable harnesses by connecting to their standard D-rings with a 2-1/4" gate-locking snap hook. The opposite end of the extension is fitted with a D-ring that allows safe and easy attachment to virtually any Miller lanyard snap hook. The black woven polyester webbing is abrasion and chemical-resistant and supports a working weight of 400 lbs.
