Mina, Single Origin Brazil (Natural) Mina’s Story Our new Mina release hails from Fazenda Santa Cruz, a family-run farm in Varginha, within Brazil’s famed South of Minas region. Managed by Guilherme and Karyna Rabelo, the farm spans over 600 hectares, with 20% of the land preserved as native forest — a testament to their sustainable approach to coffee production. Here, nutrient-rich soils, careful irrigation, and structured pruning come together to nurture exceptional cherries. Once ripe, they’re handpicked, pulped, and sun-dried on patios for up to two weeks. The result is a smooth, creamy coffee with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and roasted nuts — a comforting, quintessential Brazilian cup that shines in espresso-based drinks.
