Here we have a nice thumbnail display specimen featuring a cluster of thin, bladed, sharp, lustrous Brookite crystals with squared-off terminations sitting beautifully on Quartz ma trix. The crystals measure up to 1.6 cm long. Internally, the color of the Brookites is a deep orange-red (best seen with backlighting) which contrasts wonderfully with the black "phantoms".
