This private, intimate somatic movement practice explores our personal embodiment through mindfulness, meditation, breath and movement. All classes focus on core and pelvic floor strength to promote healthy backs and spines. And leave with a better understanding and deeper love for your body and mind. About Classes & Registration Classes are open to all levels and no experience or equipment needed. Maximum 4 people to a group. A sliding scale is offered $35-$65 per person, per class. You decide your scale. Classes are roughly 1 hour 10 minutes. Classes are offered in person or over zoom: in person classes take place in our honey house at Bee Wise Farms.
