This one hour session with Alex can be in-person at Tufts University or over zoom. Similar to the one-on-one off-court sessions I do with Tufts Squash team members, this session uses an hour to talk about strengths & weaknesses in your game, and tools that can help you stay present with the process of playing squash to the best of your ability. Once we establish what it is you want to change in your training and playing process, we use guided breathing exercises, mindfulness meditation, and visualization—among other tools— to help you uncover a sustainable path forward with practice sessions and match preparation/tactics. If you know in advance what you’d like to work on please let me know in the "order note" on the cart page, after you've added a lesson to your cart. You can also reply directly to your order confirmation email. SEdison times become available 14 days in advance. e.g. a session on January 14th at 2:00pm will be available to book at 2:00pm on January 1st, up until 15 hours before the session.
