While they make beautiful decorative pieces, you can also enjoy their warm glow by placing them on a stable, heat-resistant surface. All of our candles are hand-made and hand poured, so please allow there may be minor imperfections. Colors depicted on the website pictures may appear different than the actual candle due to lighting and the effects of the camera/monitor on which it was viewed. Our coconut, soy waxes and beeswaxs are 100% natural. Some candles may have frosting, color changes or small bubbles. Please know that this is a quite common natural occurrence. Spillage of the wax is normal with any decorative candle. If you decide to light them, it is your responsibility to take the appropriate and necessary measures to do so safely. Should you light one of our decorative candles, place them on a safe, steady and heat resistant surface. Avoid placing them near flammable surfaces, and out of the reach of children and pets. --- Important Information: Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect addresses. Any additional shipping costs for resending packages will be the customer’s responsibility. --- Candle Care: - Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. - Always use a candle holder and trim the wick to 5mm before lighting. - Never leave a burning candle unattended. - Extinguish the candle before leaving the room. - For detailed care instructions, please refer to the included care guide. NOTE: These candles are intended primarily for decorative purposes. Due to their unique shapes and sizes, they burn in a distinctive way. This can lead to irregular burn patterns as heat distribution is not uniform for every shape. This is normal and completely out of our control. If you do burn our candles, you may collect any unused wax and use them in a wax melter to get added life out of the candle. Candles will last longer if you only burn them for short periods at a time, allowing the candle to cool before relighting it. If you are buying our candles primarily to burn them, we do have some more traditional pillar and jar candles that may be better suited to your needs.
