The Mini-Chute is a softball with an attached parachute for added resistance. The resistance makes the pitcher’s hand work harder to travel faster. It only takes 5 minutes to notic e an effect on the pitcher's velocity and whip-speed after using the Mini-chutes. The more intensely the Mini-chute is thrown, the more resistance that the chute provides, which results in less travel distance for the ball. It’s tough to even get it to the catcher!
