So fun for any special occasion or just your every day decor. This garland measures about 4" ft & includes 8 mini pennants!! All items are handmade using vintage & antique quilts. Each quilt has been cleaned however there still may be imperfections, flaws, stains, holes, etc. due to the age of the quilt used.
