This is the final step of the dip process! #3 liquid shines, seals, and reveals your mani! After you have finished Step 2 and waited two minutes, lightly and quickly brush #3 over the nail. Be careful to stick to 3-4 strokes and do not overlap strokes. Immediately wipe the brush with a paper towel. Repeat this process with each nail.
