Brand new Classic Mini round nose bonnet, manufactured using the original tooling to reproduce the correct factory shape and dimensions. These new Mk1 bonnets are now available again and are made from the original tooling, giving you the correct contours, bonnet shape, hinge locations and overall pressing that are so important when restoring an early Mini. AUSTRALIAN FITMENT: This is the round nose bonnet as fitted to Australian Classic Minis from approximately 1961 through to the final Australian round nose Mini in 1971. UK FITMENT: For UK-market Minis, this bonnet suits Mk1 models from 1959 through to 1967. The front bonnet/hood of the Mk1 Mini has previously only been available as a reproduction pressing for many years, making this original-tooling version a significant improvement for accurate restorations.
