A brand-new 1275cc A+ Mini crankshaft, sourced directly from the original Powertrain factory parts stock at Longbridge. The CAM6232 is regarded as one of the best factory-produced crankshafts for the 1275cc A+ engine. Originally fitted to the Metro Turbo and MG Metro 1300, these crankshafts received additional factory preparation, making them an excellent choice for high-performance and high-RPM applications. The CAM6232 is easily identified by the CAM 6232 markings forged into the crankshaft. It features improved radiusing around the oil gallery holes and radiused journals for increased strength and durability. Important Bearing Information The A+ crankshaft uses A+ main bearings with the block locating tang positioned in the centre. If fitting this crankshaft to a standard A-series 1275 block, you will need to purchase the appropriate standard A-series 1275 main bearings rather than the A+ type supplied.
