She received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago where she studied sculpture, metalsmithing, and both large and small scale metal casting. Her jewelry is hand-made in her Chicago studio/home where she aims to create well-crafted designs that are both unique and empowering to the wearer. Designed with strong, clean lines, her jewelry is inspired by a juxtaposition of organic formations and geometric shapes. She aims suspend the wearer in an ethereal place: a place between the impermanent, delicate organic and the impenetrable, industrial qualities of metal.
