The mini sample concentrator is designed for the concentration or preparation of bulk samples, such as drug screening, hormone analysis, liquid phase, and sample preparation in mass spectrometry. It operates by blowing nitrogen onto the surface of the heated sample, rapidly evaporating and separating the solvent, achieving anaerobic concentration of the sample and maintaining its purity. Features: Unique air circuit control patent design enhances air tightness and reduces the risk of air leakage. The operation is easy, lifting or pressing the air needle to switch channels, and the switching status of each channel is clear. The heater rapidly heats the sample to the evaporation temperature, while the gas is blown onto the solution's surface through the gas needle, promoting rapid evaporation and concentration of the sample. The height of the air chamber plate can be adjusted, and it comes with a standard gas needle of 150mm length. The equipment allows for separate blowing of 6 needles and flow regulation of each needle to avoid gas waste. The entire equipment can be placed into a ventilation cabinet when dealing with toxic solvents during the concentration of samples. Built-in overheat protection, automatic fault detection, and fault beep alarm devices ensure safety during operation. LED display shows the immediate temperature and diminishing time, making the operation simple and convenient. Standard configured air cavity and adjustable bracket for flexible usage.
