The aerobis Mini Sling is our answer to exactly that problem: a compact webbing loop that joins two pieces of equipment with as little loss of height as possible. Instead of losing 20 cm (7.9 in) or more to a full-size anchor sling, the Mini Sling keeps your setup tight and your training space free. Made for our Premium Pull-up Bar The Mini Sling has always been part of our Premium Pull-up Bar - and for good reason. It lets you suspend an aeroSling or other equipment centrally underneath the bar without giving up valuable headroom. Now you can also buy it on its own, whether you need a spare, a second one, or a compact link somewhere else in your setup. Your compact door anchor The Mini Sling also turns any solid, lockable door into an anchor point. Girth hitch it around a firm counter object, place that object on the far side of the door, lock the door and hook your carabiner into the loop that stays on your side. Powerbands, an aeroSling or other aerobis equipment are ready to go in seconds - and everything fits in your pocket again afterwards. Flexible where it counts Beyond the pull-up bar and the door, the Mini Sling works wherever two aerobis products need to meet: aeroSling sling trainers, the Rowstick, or simply as a flexible link between two aerobis carabiners. Maximum training load: 150 kg (330 lbs). Do not exceed this load. Test the connection with a firm pull before every single exercise. Do not use on rough or sharp surfaces or edges. Inspect the webbing and seams for wear or damage before every use and replace the Mini Sling if you find any. Door use: The girth hitch around the counter object must measure at least 4 cm (1.6 in) in width in its compressed form, so that it cannot be pulled through the door gap. Door use: Always train against the opening side of the door, so that your pulling force presses the door into its frame. Keep the door locked for the entire workout and make sure nobody can open it. Door use: Only use solid, undamaged doors and hinges. 🔧 Installation notes As a connector - use one of these two methods only: Both loops together: Place both loops on top of each other and fix them together with a carabiner. Girth hitch: Fold one loop around the object you want to attach to, pass it through the other loop and fasten your carabiner in the remaining loop. Never load a single loop on its own and always make sure the carabiner is fully closed and locked before you start training. As a door anchor: Take a solid counter object, for example a tightly rolled towel. Girth hitch the Mini Sling around it: fold one loop around the object, pass it through the other loop and pull it tight. The girth hitch protects the seams and gives the connection extra solidity. Compressed, it must be at least 4 cm (1.6 in) wide. Lay the Mini Sling over the top edge of the door close to the hinges, with the counter object on the far side of the door. To change the anchor height, run it between the hinges instead. Close and lock the door. The counter object now blocks the girth hitch against the door leaf. Hook your carabiner into the remaining loop on your side and attach your Powerbands or aeroSling. Test the connection with a firm pull, then position yourself so that you always pull against the opening side of the door.
