Product Details: Size: 24 x 13cm - Velcro is 25cm approx 48-49cm in length total but you do need to allow for the velcro to cross over to secure the wrap. Usage Instructions: To Heat: Adjust the following guidelines to suit your microwave wattage. Microwave in 30-second increments until your desired temperature is reached (approximately 45-90 seconds total). Shake to evenly disperse heat. To Cool: Wrap your pack in a zip lock or plastic bag and place it in the freezer. It can be stored there for frequent use or chilled for about one hour to use as a cool pack. WARNING: DO NOT OVERHEAT, as this can cause burns if placed on the skin or damage the pack.
