Baking Schedule Our cupcakes are baked fresh in small batches to ensure the best quality and flavour. Cupcakes are baked 1–2 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date Cupcakes are frosted 1 day before pickup or delivery Storage Instructions 1–2 days: Store at room temperature (recommended) 3–4 days: Refrigerate to maintain freshness. Serving Instructions Our cupcakes and frosting are butter-based, which means they should be enjoyed at room temperature for the best taste and texture. Do not consume cold — butter-based frosting and sponge will become hard and dense when chilled. Allow cupcakes to come to room temperature for at least 3-4 before serving so they are soft, moist, and flavourful. How to Order Add your desired boxes to the cart. Use the Special Instructions box in the cart to include gift messages, delivery notes, and any additional notes for your order Select your pickup or delivery date and time using the calendar. Delivery Error Message (Important) If you are located in the GTA or surrounding areas and see a message stating that delivery is unavailable, this is likely a system error—often caused by using Shop Pay. ✔️ Solution:Check out as a guest instead. This usually resolves the issue and allows delivery fees to calculate correctly. Changes/Cancellations Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund. Once an order is within 72 hours of pickup or delivery, ingredients and preparation are already in progress. Cancellations made during this period are eligible for a 50% refund only.
