The minimalist ceramic wall sconce pairs a pill-shaped handmade ceramic body with a round glass globe. It casts a soft, even pool of light without hardware on show. The form is str ipped to its essentials. A smooth ceramic body, a clean round globe, and a mounting plate that sits flush against the wall. The matte ceramic absorbs light rather than reflects it. You get a soft mood in any room that needs light without clutter. The Iota Sconce by Misewell is made by hand in a Milwaukee ceramics studio. Each piece is kiln-fired then finished in one of four glazes: Black, Speckle, White Matte, or Vermilion. Custom glazes are available on request. The sconce measures 3.5 inches across and 5.5 inches deep, compact enough for hallways and small bedrooms. A G9 LED bulb sits inside the round glass globe. Choose plug-in with a cord and on/off switch, or hardwire for a cleaner install. Both mount the same way. Install a pair flanking a bathroom mirror, or use a single sconce beside your bed.
