Brewed with 100% Australian grown grains from Voyager (NSW).Organic Pilsner, Dexter, Raw Spelt & Raw Rye.Hopped heavily in the whirpool w/ Tettnang (DE), Rakau (NZ) & Pacifica (NZ) to 25 IBU.This beer was fermented in stainless without temperature control for 4 weeks w/ our House Saison Strain from Mogwai Labs (NSW).Packaged on August 26th 2025 and bottle/keg conditioned for 5 months.The aroma is full of pear & freshly made bread dough.The palate brings a real guava flavour combined with classic saison characters.A new world take on a table beer.Dry, bright, and endlessly refreshing.
