Aroma: minty, fruity, chocolate notes Add 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 8 oz/ 250 ml of water. Pour freshly boiled water over tea and steep 3-7 minutes. Add milk, milk alternative, sugar to taste. May be steeped up to 3 times but flavour will lessen each time. For iced version: 6 slightly heaping teaspoons in a teapot with 1 3/4 cup hot water. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool, strain in to a pitcher ad 1/4 cup of cold water. Pour in glass and add ice, sweetener( if needed) and garnish.
