Sourced from the estate’s oldest Grenache vines and grown on schist soils overlooking the Saint-Tropez peninsula, this is rosé at its most refined. The nose is intensely aromatic, bursting with wild white peach, grapefruit zest, and a whisper of salinity carried on a coastal breeze. On the palate, it’s pure and focused, with layers of citrus, stone fruit, and delicate florals unfolding into a crystalline, mineral-driven finish.
